TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STACK PROPERTIES GROUP, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Miami-Dade County, Florida for the resolution of any disputes.
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Any claim not resolved within 30 days of informal negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial Arbitration Rules, with proceedings conducted in Miami, Florida.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
